To Qualify...

In order to Qualify for service patients must meet a few criteria to start:

  • Have an active Medicare Part B insurance plan.
  • Must not have an HMO or PPO plan as these plans will not cover your service.
  • must have a chronic, non-healing wound, as defined by a medical professional, lasting more than 30-consecutive days.

The Qualification Process can take 24-36 hours. Applications/Refferals processing time does not cross weekends. If you are unsure of your insurance status or have an HMO/PPO and still want services, our office may be able to help. Please Note: B&R is not an emergency care provider and patients are advised to seek immediate medical intervention for potentially life threatening situations.

To set up an appointment...

After your qualification has been approved, B&R office staff will reach out to Scheduled your first in-home visit from one of our providers.

The steps to healing...

Using the latest techniques and cutting edge products our wound care team will:

  • debride the wound.
  • take measurements and a picture for accurate record keeping.
  • preform necessary procedures to apply Amnionic Allografts.
  • cover and wrap wound site to protect the wound.
  • make a follow up appointment.

Follow up appointments are scheduled same day and are usually within 6-8 days of graft applications.

After the Graft is on...

DO NOT remove under any circumstance unless otherwise instructed by B&R or its providers. A B&R Provider or approved Home Health Provider may remove bandages if they become soiled. Patients may be held financially responsible if they remove the Amnionic Allograft without expressed consent of B&R Wound Care or its Providers.

See Terms of Service for more details.
